Mobile notarial visits

If getting to an office is difficult or a visit would be more convenient, Westmere Law offers mobile signing appointments in Surrey and across the Lower Mainland. A practising BC lawyer attends by arrangement, subject to availability, with an additional travel fee.

How we can help

  • Suitable document signings at your location
  • Certified copies where originals are available
  • Appointments planned around access and scheduling needs

Arrange the right visit

Tell us what document you need signed or certified, the general location, how many people will participate and your preferred time. We first need to confirm that the document and circumstances are suitable for a mobile appointment. A visit for signing is different from a retainer to draft a document or provide advice on a broader legal matter.

Before the appointment

  • Confirm the document requirements, required identification and who needs to attend.
  • Have originals available for certified copies, and leave documents unsigned unless instructed otherwise.
  • Arrange a quiet place where the lawyer can speak with the person signing, including privately when needed.
  • Mention accessibility needs, interpretation needs or building access arrangements when booking.

Travel and service arrangements

Request a quote for both the legal or notarial work and the visit. Travel costs depend on the destination and arrangements. If more work is needed than signing or certification, its scope and cost should be discussed separately.

Flexible hours, by appointment

Appointment availability is daily from 6 AM to 10 PM, by prior arrangement. This helps accommodate work, caregiving and other schedules. It does not guarantee an immediate visit or same-day availability. Contact us to agree a time before relying on an appointment; use the initial form only for a brief, non-confidential inquiry.
