What we collect and why

When you submit an inquiry, Westmere Law receives your name, email address, brief message, and any selected service interest. We use these details to assess whether we can assist and to respond to you. Please provide only a general overview, without confidential documents or sensitive details. The form is optional; you can call us instead.

Hosting, security, and email

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the form submission. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse using technical signals such as your IP address, browser information, and the site visited. IP addresses also help limit repeated submissions. Microsoft 365 delivers and stores inquiry correspondence in our business mailbox. These providers may process information outside Canada, where different laws may apply.

Tracking and external sites

We do not add advertising trackers or website analytics. Cloudflare’s security services may use cookies or similar technologies as described in its notices. Reading links and map directions take you to independent websites with their own privacy practices.

Storage and safeguards

The website does not maintain a separate inquiry database. Correspondence is retained in our business email system, subject to applicable legal and professional requirements. Contact us for information about retention of your inquiry.

The site uses HTTPS and controls to limit automated abuse. We do not intentionally record inquiry content in website application logs. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about our privacy practices, or raise a complaint using the contact below. You may also withdraw consent on reasonable notice, subject to legal limits; this may affect our ability to respond or assist. Withdrawal does not necessarily require deletion of records we must retain. We may need to verify your identity before providing access.
